A recent study in France has revealed that the more hot spicy foods that men eat, the more testosterone hormone is released from the human body. As a result, sexuality comes with extra success. Researchers at the University of Grenoble in France chose 148 men between the ages of 18-44 years.
They were first allowed to eat mashed potatoes with spicy paper sauce and salt. And the aftermath is very moving. Those who consumed more spicy sauce at the plate during the meal and their saliva samples were tested immediately after eating and increased testosterone hormone levels.
According to Laurent Begg, one of the research
associates, testosterone hormone increases hot spicy foods, which is fine, but it is not yet complete information about why it increases or how it increases in the human body. However, it is hoped that soon the whole mechanism will come up. If the levels of testosterone hormone in the human body are reduced, it leads to exhaustion or fatigue in the human body.
