Success in any organization depends on the results of the combined work of the officers and employees working in that organization.
Being a boss and being a leader is not one thing. If you want to be a boss, you don't have to be qualified, but if you want to be a leader, you have to be qualified. Everyone can be a boss but not everyone can be a leader
Every organization must have a supervisor or controller to control the employees. In any office, the controller's job is to take 100% of the work from his subordinates. Since we humans deserve mention of our humanity. Therefore, in order for an officer to get the job done from his subordinates, along with the incidental behavior, he has to be humane, motivated and get the job done. Humanity, decency, going out and working with subordinates is an example of a bad boss.
A good boss or leader should never do the following:-
- Trying to establish one’s own control over the office.
- Being in a bad mood all the time and hurting the dignity of others and always beating one's own drum.
- Being dishonest, creating office politics and divisions.
- Disrespectful behavior and less contact with the team.
- Not showing respect to the personal problems of subordinates.
- Not being able to lead by example and showing dictatorial attitude.
- Taking credit for owning subordinate ideas.
- Excessive bossing and kinship.
- Not being able to make timely decisions, putting someone in office unnecessarily.
- Taking credit for success alone, doing personal work with subordinates and taking unethical advantage.
- Sing your praises in front of the superior boss.
- Not to be bound by harmful decisions and not to recognize anyone's work.
- Not getting urgent work and not having foresight.
- To be vindictive and arrogant.
- Shame in front of everyone, scolding, insulting.
- Not giving due respect to female colleagues.
- Exercising by applying excessive pressure.
- Punish others by excluding yourself for the same mistake.
- Delaying and manipulating the payment of salaries and other dues.
- Blaming others all the time for failure.
