An Allergy Is A Reaction Of Your Immune System Against Any Germs.

An allergy is a reaction of your immune system against any germs or harmful substances that are not normally harmful to your body. The substances that cause this reaction are called allergens. These include certain foods, pollen or pet hair, etc.

The job of your immune system is to keep you healthy by fighting against harmful germs. These pathogens think that they can harm your body and attack your immune system. Depending on the type of allergen, the reaction may result in inflammation, sneezing, or other symptoms.

Your immune system usually adapts to your environment. For example, when your body is exposed to something like a pet, it realizes that it is not harmful. In people with allergies, the immune system perceives and attacks the body as an external invader.

What happens, in this case, is that when the allergens come in contact with your body or enter the body in any way, the nearby immune cells attack it so that it does no harm to the body. These cells then surround themselves with fragments of this allergen and move to the surrounding lymph tissue. Once it reaches the limb tissue, it distributes the allergen fragments to more immune cells or immune cells so that they can work together to produce a defense antibody called Immunoglobulin E or IgE.

If your body comes in contact with this allergen again, this antibody, which is basically a type of protein that surrounds foreign pathogens or harmful substances, starts attacking it specially prepared to be expelled from the body. He first activates a part of his immune cell called the mast cell. This mast cell releases a large number of different chemicals, one of which is histamine, which works by expanding the smallest blood vessel in your body, called the capillary, so that white blood cells can enter the capillary and fight off harmful substances or germs. But this expansion not only allows white blood cells to enter, but also causes fluid to leak out of the body, causing colds, coughs, and sneezes.
