01. Use your opposite hand occasionally. For example, if you
always use your right hand to work, use your left hand occasionally. Again, if
you use your left hand for regular work, use your right hand occasionally. You
can brush your teeth with the opposite hand, or write some lines on the paper.
02. Practice reading something new.
03. Programming can increase the gray layer of your brain. As a
result, your brain will be sharp and your mind will be active. You can start
with Java, Python, WordPress, etc.
04. Make a plan to build your body. The good mind lives in a
well-formed or healthy body.
05. You can listen and watch TeDTalk. It will open new horizons
of thinking.
06. Try solving the Rubik's Cube. It will awaken the neurons in
your brain and increase the thinking power of your brain.
07. Drink as much coffee as you can but do not take too much.
08. Play other brain games like chess.
09. Eat green vegetables, dried fruits, eggs in the middle of
your breakfast. Take milk at night. Include omega 3, fish, coconut, and olives
in your regular diet.
10. Drink 8 glasses of water every day. But do not drink excess
water. Many people like to drink more water but it is a wrong idea. Get at
least 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night.
11. Get into the habit of going to bed early and getting up
early.
12. Must have the ability to be patient in adverse times.
13. You can try blogging on new and interesting topics.
14. The habit of reading and writing books on any subject
expands human knowledge.
